Deposit Procedure
The following information explains our deposit process when reserving, inspecting, or proceeding with a vehicle. This section is included for transparency and forms part of our website Terms & Conditions, but does not replace the full terms contained in your vehicle lease agreement.
Holding Deposit

To reserve or hold a vehicle, a £99 holding deposit is required.

This deposit is non-refundable, except in the following situation:

If, after physically viewing or inspecting the vehicle, the customer is not satisfied, the £99 deposit will be refunded.

Any delivery fees paid are not refunded in this situation.

If the Customer Chooses Not to Proceed
If the customer pays the holding deposit and any delivery fee but later chooses not to continue before the inspection or viewing:

The delivery fee will be refunded,

The £99 holding deposit will not be refunded.
Damage Deposit
Once the customer has inspected the vehicle and confirms they are happy to proceed:

The remaining damage deposit becomes payable.

The £99 holding deposit is deducted from the total amount owed.
Returning the Damage Deposit
The damage deposit is held to cover:

Vehicle damage
-
Under-fuelling
-
Parking fines or Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)

Any other charges arising from the customer’s use of the vehicle
The damage deposit is returned 30 days after the final day of the contract, provided that no outstanding charges or deductions apply.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this website, including loss of data, interruption, or inaccuracy of content. This does not exclude liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest date shown at the top. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to website use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
