Delivery / Pickup Policy

At Motters, we aim to provide a clear and fair vehicle delivery and collection service. This policy explains how delivery costs are calculated, when they apply, and the conditions relating to our service area.
Delivery Cost Calculation
Before delivery is arranged, we will provide you with a delivery cost quote.
This quote is calculated based on the distance between your delivery address and our vehicle base at: Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, EN10
In addition to mileage, the delivery cost may include:

Fuel costs
-
Tolls or congestion charges

Time spent travelling
-
Public transport costs for the driver’s return journey

Taxi or transfer costs where required
We will always provide a fair and accurate quote before delivery is confirmed.
Free Collection from Broxbourne
You may choose to collect your vehicle directly from our base in Broxbourne (EN10) at no cost. However, this must be done by pre-arranged appointment only to ensure the vehicle is ready and we are available to assist.
Collection and Return Costs
If you choose delivery, please be aware that returning or collecting the vehicle at the end of the contract will incur the same or similar cost unless you opt to return it to Broxbourne yourself (which is free with an appointment). You should factor this into your decision.
Delivery Costs for Early Termination or Breach
If your contract ends due to:

Non-payment, or
-
Breach of the lease agreement
…any required delivery or collection costs will become payable by you, in addition to any outstanding amounts owed.

AL - St Albans, CM - Chelmsford, HP - Hemel Hempstead, London, LU - Luton, MK - Milton Keynes, SG - Stevenage, SL - Slough and SS - Southend-on-Sea.
Secondary Area of Service
CB - Cambridge, CO - Colchester, GU - Guildford, IP - Ipswich, LE - Leicester, ME - Medway, NN - Northampton, OX - Oxford, PE - Peterborough, RG - Reading, RH - Redhill and TN - Tunbridge Wells.
Outer Area of Service
BN - Brighton, CT - Canterbury, CV - Coventry, DE - Derby, LN - Lincoln, NG - Nottingham and NR - Norwich.
Not Serviced
While we consider applications outside our standard coverage, please note that approval requires a higher damage deposit and advance payment of the pickup fee.
